About UsThe Doctor's Newsletter was founded Dr Robert Vial to provide a new level of communication service for the smaller General Practitioners around Australia. The firm has developed a newsletter marketing system that provides both doctors and patients with a new level of rich and rewarding communication that is seldom seen in the Australian market place. Small medical practises and the sole practitioner seldom have adequate marketing skills and often there is little to no expertise readily available for them to access. In the past suggestions have either come from those close to the practice or from material that is either out of date or not practical for the small medical practice. The opportunity existed for a new marketing service to help the small practises for Australia. The solution has arrived with the new " Doctor's Newsletter " and our corporate marketing services. Our vision is to provide professional news services to the GP on a mass scale via the adoption of a standard newsletter with fully integrated changeable formats that can all be managed via any Internet access terminal in the world. The system facilitates the promotion of both the GP and better health through better communication. This has since been adopted as the firm’s slogan. Better health through better communication!
Medical records are often strewn across a number of systems and it is often hard for doctors to track a patient’s history. If patients have not been visiting the same doctor for a number of years, then records are often with a number of doctors. Drs Newsletter provides basic marketing tools for doctors to provide up to the minute news on their practice. This encourages patients to visit their doctors regularly and to have their information centralised with one doctor. Greater understanding and knowledge bases are built on individual patients and all of this spells better health. Better health through better communication. The newsletter and marketing services that we provide fill the gaps that exist with the small GP’s communication and marketing systems. In the same context doctors traditionally in the past have not made themselves readily available with web based communication systems. The advent of the internet and communication systems that do not require a human element to manage now mean that patients can provide information to their local GP by eMail or be accessing a website to provide information back to their GP. GP’s can then store and begin to create "customer profiles" in a similar way that normal business use Customer Relationship Management software to manage a customers profile on spending patterns, likes and dislikes etc, we look after health related issues. This all leads to a greater level of understanding with one of the main benefits being early detection of any medical conditions. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" as the saying goes. Today we can diagnose 70% more than what we can currently cure. The driver for GP’s to participate in the marketing program is healthy community through greater knowledge of patients and their history. Our commitment to you is to provide Better health through better communication! Dr Robert Vial
